Pay-Ship-Terms

U.S. Buyers:

For U.S. sales I accept checks, money orders, and Paypal... You may pay with a credit card through Paypal EVEN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT... I SHIP TO ONLY CONFIRMED ADDRESSES...

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please let me know and I would be happy to send you an email with payment instructions... I will place the items sold on “hold” for one week awaiting payment... If payment does not arrive, the items will be returned to stock for sale ...

I collect sales tax from all California residents unless the buyer is purchasing for resale and provides a valid sales and use tax number...

International Buyers:

I accept Paypal and Western Union money orders from international buyers... For Canadian and Japan customers only, I also accept Bank Money Orders...

I do take lay-a-way :) and I do offer free shipping/handling/insurance within the U.S. on anything over $100.00 and am happy to do layaways (1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days, and the final 1/3 in another 30 days)..." As you can see my lay a way is fairly simple... In the case large dollar items I will stetch it out a little more... I do try and work with my customers... :) I also have a rule that the payment can't be over 10 days late or it will go back in stock unless there is an emergency and then if you inform me of the circumstances I certainly would try to work with you ...

U.S. shipping:

The amount shown for shipping is for U.S. locations using the least expensive class of mail. For jewelry, this is normally first class mail... All items over $100., will have free shipping plus free insurance in the United States..
If you have a need for faster delivery, an additional charge for priority or express mail will apply...
Your package will be insured, please do not expect it to be "stamped" or "stickered" with the word INSURED... Our private insurance provider has asked us to refrain from drawing attention to it's insurance for theft prevention"... Please, let me know when it arrives as I like to know my customers have received their package and are happy with it...
The cost of insurance is included in the shipping charge for the item. I normally ship within two or three days after receipt of payment... However, merchandise may be held for 10 business days for checks to clear... I do combine shipping so please, feel free to browse around my shop for that extra piece you may want...

International shipping:

International shipping of light weight jewelry packages is normally quite reasonable (only a little more than shipping to a U.S. location); however, insurance is much more expensive to some international locations... Just as with U.S. sales, I insure international packages so please contact me for a quote...

I am very familiar with shipping from the U.S., but I am not familiar with customs and other fees in other countries and am not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or other fees incurred as a result of international shipping... If you are not familiar with these fees for your country, please contact your Customs Department...

Return Policy...

I do try to describe the items accurately and show you pictures of front and back to help you may make an informed decision however I could inadvertantly overlook something by accident so if it isn't as described and you aren't happy with your purchase, I will accept
returns if notified within 7 days of receipt of the item... The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped... If I have made an error in the listing, I will pay the shipping both ways...
Refunds are issued promptly upon receipt of returned items....
My desire is to make you a happy customer that will return to shop with us again so please e-mail me with any questions you have and I will answer as soon as possible...
